Jerry Hickson - president
Original founder of PC Business Solutions, Inc. Jerry has over 10
years of PC and Networking experience. As President, Jerry concentrates
on the sales and support aspects of the business. His knowledge has
its roots in the early days of PC technology. While acting as the
technical assistant of the Computer Literacy Grant program at Erie
Coummunity College, North Campus, he created and maintained several
classrooms of PC based networked systems. Prior to creating PC Business
Solutions Jerry had created a computer sales division for a local
office supply company. He personally sourced all product lines, set
up distribution channels, created a customer base and standardized
a service and support program. Anticipating the market's need for
LAN products and expertise, Jerry became an authorized reseller for
the Novell Networking product line.

Arthur Pogorzala - vice president
As Vice-President, Art concentrates on the administrative aspects
of the business. However, because the company is so small and focused,
Art is also directly involved in the sales, service/support and technical
aspects of the operation. Before becoming a partner in PC Business
Solutions, Art worked as a Management Recruiter and Management Training
Coordinator for Delaware North Companies, Inc. Based out of the Buffalo,
NY headquarters he was responsible for the recruitment, evaluation
and placement of field managers across the USA. Prior to that, he
was a field manager for the Marriott Corporation. Art has integrated
these management skills with the technical expertise of PC Business
Solutions. This allows our organization to offer the latest technological
innovations in practical PC based solutions designed to increase the
productivity and efficiency of our client's business practices.
